Delta P™

Delta P™ is a  premium blend of micronized, surface modified organic fibers for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss in drilling fluid applications. Delta-P™ has been engineered to seal the low pressure, depleted sands and micro fractured shales encountered during drilling, workover and completion operations. Delta-P™ is the most cost-effective solution for continuous seepage control for formations where low to severe permeabilities exist. In the event of gross lost circulation Delta P™ can be used advantageously in conjunction with our other Remedy™, Ven-Fyber™ and Delta P™ products designed for moderate to severe fluid loses. Delta P™ is more than 35% soluble in standard 15% hydrochloric acid and above 90% soluble in strongly alkaline solutions.

DELTA P-RO™

Delta P-RO™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface modified organic fibers for exceptional performance in the prevention and remediation of seepage loss in drilling fluid applications. Delta P-RO™ has been engineered to seal the low pressure, depleted sands and micro fractured shales encountered during drilling, workover and completion operations. Delta P-RO™ is a cost-effective solution for continuous seepage control for formations where low to severe permeabilities exist. 

Delta P Black™

Delta P Black™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface modified organic fibers and resilient particles for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss to severe whole fluid loss in drilling fluid applications. Delta P Black™ has been engineered to provide sealing of the low pressure, depleted sands and micro fractured shales encountered during drilling, workover and completion operations as well as provide bridging and plugging of more severe fractures prone to moderate to severe losses of whole mud. Delta P Black™ is a cost-effective one sack solution for wellbore stability issues caused from seepage loss to severe lost circulation.

DELTA P 3S™

Delta P 3S™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface modified organic fibers, resilient particles and non-asphaltic plugging agents for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss to severe whole fluid loss in drilling fluid applications. Delta P 3S™ has been engineered to provide sealing of the low pressure, depleted sands and micro fractured shales encountered during drilling, workover and completion operations as well as provide bridging and plugging of more severe fractures prone to moderate to severe losses of whole mud. Delta P 3S™ is a cost-effective one sack solution for wellbore stability issues caused from seepage loss to severe lost circulation.

ISO-SEAL™

ISO-Seal™ is our seepage loss control additive and moderate loss circulation additive tailored to perform in today’s synthetic base oil fluids and conventional oil-based muds. Although developed with oil and synthetic fluids in mind ISO-Seal™ is compatible and can be mixed in all types of drilling and completion fluids both oil and water based. ISO-Seal™ is a blend of our performance proven surface modified cellulosic fyber technologies and non-asphaltic plugging agents specifically engineered to bridge and seal permeable formations. ISO-Seal™ contains compressible carbon particles that are extremely resilient. The compressive nature of the particles allows them to conform to the fractures and isolate the fracture tips. These properties make ISO-Seal™ extremely effective as a wellbore strengthening additive for building a stress cage. ISO-Seal™ can be used to control seepage in minor to severe lost circulation zones. ISO-Seal™ has minor to no effect on the rheological properties of drilling fluid systems. ISO-Seal™ is effective at reducing torque and drag and increasing lubricity of the fluid system. ISO-Seal™ reduces the potential for differential sticking of the drill string. 

CLEAN SEAL FINE™

Clean Seal Fine™ is a premium fine particle size distribution seepage loss/lost circulation product. The Clean Seal™ product line of drilling fluid additives has been developed as our Acid Soluble solution for the reduction of seepage loss, control of fluid loss, as well as well-bore stability and strengthening. Clean Seal Fine™ has been engineered to aid in the remediation of partial to severe loss of circulation in your payzone and other formations where clean out is essential. Clean Seal Fine™ is greater than 97% acid soluble in either organic or mineral acids for ease of removal during the well completion stage.

CLEAN SEAL REGULAR™

Clean Seal Regular™ is a premium broad particle size distribution seepage loss/lost circulation product. The Clean Seal™ product line of drilling fluid additives has been developed as our Acid Soluble solution for the reduction of seepage loss, control of fluid loss, as well as well-bore stability and strengthening. Clean Seal Regular™ has been engineered to aid in the remediation of seepage loss to moderate/severe loss of circulation in your payzone and other formations where clean out is essential. Clean Seal Regular™ is greater than 97% acid soluble in either organic or mineral acids for ease of removal during the well completion stage.

AUTHENTIC 
ENGINEERING
