work that matters
for people who care

More than anything, Enventives is passionate about helping people move along their journey, from problem to solution.  We’ve worked hard to ensure our solutions match the problems you face and we’re excited to share them with you.

BACKED BY HISTORY
DRIVEN BY INNOVATION
Our history starts before the very first oil-based mud jobs. Back in the 1950s when Jack C. Cowan, a chemist on the Baroid Team, laid the groundwork with new innovations that would set new precedents for drilling mud systems throughout the industry. Inspired by those beginnings, Venture Chemicals was founded in the late 1970s launching the modern day specialty LCM market the industry knows today.

Founded in 2015, ENVENTIVES is focused on bringing forward the tried solutions of its history with an eye on the innovations of tomorrow. Enventives is committed to building upon our rich history and we can’t think of a better way to honor our unique legacy than to introduce our products and share our knowledge with a new generation of people.

PURPOSE

We understand that what we do is more than a product, and is really about helping people feel solve their most pressing problems. Being connected to the challenges you face, we know our true value is being able to provide clarity and give you the confidence you need to face any obstacle put in your way.

PASSION

We all have something we are passionate about. For us, it’s the connections we’ve made with the people we work with and the passion around doing work that matters, with people who care. Our proximity to both the problems and the people who experience them, keeps us inspired us to solve some the industry’s most difficult problems.

WE ARE ON THIS JOURNEY TOGETHER

When we think about the future, we think about changing, adapting, and being more resilient. We know our industry is an important part of every community we work in and serve, and that it is essential to build trusting partnerships to help advance the common good in the places we all call home.
