enVentive Solutions is a “Green Chemistry” company that impacts three areas vital to our human experience: Energy, Water and Food. We develop and supply specialty additives and advanced materials for drilling fluids, water treatment, organic fertilizers and other industrial applications.

Our innovative energy solutions are based on polymers, fibers, colloids and surfactants derived from naturally-occurring materials. These solutions offer superior performance over other synthetic or traditional products in an environmentally friendly manner.

Energy:
The energy division focuses on drilling fluids for oil and gas companies. Proprietary technology and integrated service offerings significantly increase the return on investment for drilling operators. Our technology platform extends from the manufacture of these drilling fluids additives, to wholesale drilling fluids systems and retail technology products and services.

enVentive operates three business units:

Venture Chemicals, Inc. develops specialty additives based on naturally-occurring raw materials that are customized to prevent seepage loss. The additives are used in a variety of systems such as drilling, workover, and completion fluids, foundry molding sands, investment wax castings, printing inks, and as intermediates for other specialty chemicals.

MASI Technologies proprietary Aphron (AphronICS™) solution is based upon extremely small (< 100 microns in size) micro-bubbles of gas which are stabilized and energized to confer novel fluid properties to liquids such as waters and oils used in formulating drilling, workover and completion fluids. Aphron technology is sold as a complete fluid systems-- not just additives.

HiTech Fluid Systems is a leading drilling fluids expert for production of depleted and unconventional sources including coal bed methane, oil and natural gas wells. HiTech designs and implements customized drilling fluid programs for horizontal, vertical or deviated wells.

Together, these companies offer a fully integrated service offering to end users, the drilling operators, and provide a platform to bring new products and technologies more efficiently into the field. The company’s founders bring with them a portfolio of over 150 issued or pending patents in the drilling fluid area.

Water:
Flo-Clean, Inc. and Ventech LLC provide both products and services to treat the large volumes and problems of handling “produced water.” We are focused on the production side of the oil and gas industry with applications into other industrial markets.

Agriculture:
The Agricultural division produces Organic Fertilizers formulated from re-cycled chicken manure, differentiated by the inclusion of Chitin. These organic fertilizers exhibit limited water solubility as well as controlled-release properties that prevent run-off and water contamination problems associated with synthetic fertilizers. enVentive provides these products through Organic Growing Systems (OGSI), an advanced organic fertilizer manufacturer located in Monticello, MS.
